MSCA 2016 Calendar Release: The MSCA prides itself on running efficient competitor-focused events that are safe, inclusive and fun, all for a competitive price. If you have been thinking about giving sprinting a go the MSCA is the ideal place to start.
The 2016 MSCA calendar has been released and it promises to be the most exciting year ever. MSCA competitors have experienced a renewed enthusiasm for sprinting with near capacity fields at sprint events and Come and Try Track days. As well as running two All Come and Try Track days, the highlight for 2016 will be hosting the Australian Super Sprint Championships, a two day event held at Winton over the Anzac Day weekend.
2016 Calendar Preview: February – May
Sunday February 7th Sandown: Round 1
Always popular, Round 1 at Sandown allows for all sprinters to test any change made over the summer break, dust off the cobwebs and get back into the swing of things. Numbers are filling fast so get in quick to avoid disappointment.
Sunday March 20th Phillip Island: Round 2
Yes it’s Grand Prix Day and the MSCA is offering a great way to have the ultimate motorsport weekend. Why not take in the GP on Saturday, the best day true motorsport enthusiasts, and then head down to the Island and compete yourself. We are joined by the Nulon Nationals for Round 1 of their series so it’s sure to be a busy day. Courtesy of Nulon after the event, we are putting on a GP get together at the track where you can watch the Grand Prix with fellow rev heads. Finger food supplied.
Saturday and Sunday 23rd-24th April Winton: Australian Super sprint Championship: Round 3
The Australian Super sprint Championships are coming to Victoria and the MSCA are privileged to be hosting this event. Over the long weekend expect to have lots of interest from interstate competitors. We have some big plans to make this a must-do event. Stay tuned for more information coming out very soon.
Sunday May 1 Sandown: Come and Try Day / Passenger Sessions
Following on from our successful All Come and Try Track day at Phillip Island, we are running the same program at Sandown. So if you’ve always wanted to take your car on the track here’s your ideal opportunity. Why not get your family involved and turn your hobby into a family experience.
Sunday May 15 Rob Roy: Hill Climb: Round 4
By invitation from the MG Car Club the MSCA will be running at the historic Rob Roy hill climb circuit. For those who have never had a run up the hill, this is an ideal opportunity give it a go.
